Charitable Giving

Middlesex Federal proudly supports local nonprofit and community organizations by sponsoring charitable and civic causes such as the US Marine Corps' local toy drive, RESPOND, and the Somerville Homeless Coalition, as well as local art initiatives.  

 

Community Events

The community we live and work in is a reflection of the involvement and support from all. Middlesex Federal proudly participates and supports local community events such as Pineapple Regatta, Medford's Circle the Square, and OctoberFest, road races, and other activities.  

 

Youth Development

Annually, Middlesex Federal awards multiple scholarships to Somerville and Medford High School students. In addition to providing scholarships for local youth to further their education, the Bank funds a financial education program for Somerville and Medford schools, sponsors a local youth sports team, and Middlesex Federal employees participate in a local reading program at elementary schools.  

 

Volunteerism

Middlesex Federal employees proudly and enthusiastically give back to our community by participating in a local elementary school read-aloud program, serving meals at the Somerville Homeless Coalition, and serving on community nonprofit boards and committees.  

 

Local Organizations

This community belongs to all who live and work here. Success depends on the dedication of individuals, businesses, civic and nonprofit organizations, and other local organizations. That's why Middlesex Federal is proud to support local organizations such as RESPOND, US Marines Toys for Tots, Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis School Supply Drive, and others through charitable donations and participation in local events.
